Meta Nikel Kobalt A.Ş. is underplanting 200.000 pieces of pine saplings.

Meta Nikel Kobalt A.Ş. within the frame of social responsibility has started a project of reforestation 90 hectares area in the north of Tavşanalanı site of Gördes, together with the “Gördes Forestry Operational Directorate”.

While Meta Nikel Kobalt A.Ş.  has been providing the all of the necessary financials, The Gördes Forestry Operational Directorate has undertaken the technical implementation of the project.

Within the scope of the reforestation project, 200,000 pieces of pine saplings will have been underplanted to Tavşanalanı Site by a team of about 180 workers and it is expected that the project would be completed within a period of 1.5 months.
