As a subcontractor of the Ministry of National Defense, TEI (TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc.) has provided support for the development of domestic raw materials in the context of the Aviation Engine Materials Development Program conducted in collaboration with the Ministry. Support was given to the Phase-1 Ore Project in the efforts to develop indigenous raw materials. The nickel metal, obtained with high purity in the R&D studies, has been utilized in TEI's domestic engine production.
