At our facility in Gordes, we have a business model that focuses more on producing high-value, innovative products using metallurgy and chemical sciences with the support of technology, rather than a typical mining activity. Our Meta-Nickel facility, unparalleled in the Northern Hemisphere, ranks among the top 10 facilities globally in its field, thanks to its technology and process management. In our facility, which reflects a new approach to mining, we use one of the 25 autoclave boilers worldwide.

With a length of 32.5 meters, a height of 7 meters, and an approximate weight of 580 tons, this boiler allows us to separate elements that could damage the system from the ore we extract and enrich nickel with sulfuric acid under high pressure within a closed-loop system, the Autoclave boiler. As a result, the nickel content in the ore, which is initially no more than 1% when extracted from the soil, increases to 38% in the Autoclave boiler.

All of these processes require a serious R&D effort, as well as a workforce and business model that develops its technology according to its needs. Our facility, where geology, geophysics, mining, chemistry, electrical, and electronic engineers work in a multidisciplinary manner, stands as one of the best examples of value-added production in Turkey with its advanced technology and know-how.

At the core of our facility are our technology workshops that work in collaboration with our R&D center. Thanks to our workshop, which develops the technologies we need in the production processes, all our equipment and devices can contribute to value-added production to the highest extent.

Our passion for R&D is not only about doing our job in a way that the world considers exemplary. Our goal is to be able to produce all the machinery, equipment, and hardware we use in production with our own technology in the near future, and to establish additional facilities entirely with the machinery and equipment we produce ourselves. Thus, while producing nickel, the raw material of the future, with R&D, innovation, and advanced technology, we aim to contribute to keeping Turkey's resources in Turkey and reducing the current account deficit with the integrated structure we will establish at our facility.
